This qualification reflects the role of individuals who are engaged to manage the work of others or to add value to or review management practices. Typically people in these roles will have considerable experience in their respective industries or vocational areas and will learn to couple an informed perspective of the specific work requirements with ‘best practice’ managerial approaches. In particular you will learn to plan, carry out and evaluate your own work and the work of others in your team.

Do you have work skills and knowledge that are not recognised by a formal qualification? You may be eligible for recognition of prior learning which will reduce your training time as well as the cost of the course. Discuss your RPL needs with an RMT training manager prior to enrolment.
