TAA50104 Diploma of Training and Assessment

The Diploma of Training and Assessment program developed by River Murray Training has been customised to provide the skills and experience required of an Accountable Officer to ensure their organisation’s compliance with regulatory requirements and provide professional leadership and judgement for the organisation including a) teaching and learning strategies, b) development of learning and assessment resources; c) and oversight of assessment practices. The program provides a supported RPL process.

The ten core units from TAA40104 are required to meet the prerequisite and corequisite requirements of the Diploma of TAA

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)

Do you have work skills and knowledge that are not recognised by a formal qualification? You may be eligible for recognition of prior learning which will reduce your training time as well as the cost of the course. Discuss your RPL needs with an RMT training manager prior to enrolment.

Students will need access to a computer and the internet. For students who do not have access to either a computer or the internet please let your RMT trainer know prior to enrolment.

Minimum specifications for the computer are:

  • Microsoft Office 2007 or equivalent, and
  • Microsoft Windows 98, or
  • Mac OS X, and
  • CD-ROM drive.

Students will also need access to a printer and the following free applications, downloadable from the internet:

  • Adobe Acrobat Reader and
  • Macromedia Flash player.
