At River Murray Training we call ourselves workplace training specialists.
We can support your organisation with:

  • Traineeships/apprenticeships – mostly managed through flexible delivery so learners don’t have to travel off-site for training days.
  • Collaborative partnerships where we support your organisation to provide some of the accredited training in house. This ensures the training is of nationally recognised standards, plus it is highly contextualized around the organisation’s processes. It also assures that training can be delivery Just In Time when the training is first needed. RMT has been providing this type of industry partnership since 1997, and won us State and National Training Awards in 2004.
  • Career pathways. Keep employees happy and growing with “career changing” courses or skill sets in Training and Assessment; Frontline Management; Media; Business, or the regular industry qualifications. (RMT is currently extending our scope to provide clients even more opportunity to grow their staff.)
  • Change management. If your organisation is seeking to change its culture, expand its products and services range, improve productivity; achieve an OHS, quality or environmental ISO or other standard; then consider undertaking an enterprise Management program. Enterprise groups which may include leading hands, supervisors, managers and executives undertaking a combined management program become a very powerful change management group. The external facilitation really helps to keep things progressing positively, with group members able to achieve management qualifications along the way.
