Certificate II Business
Certificate II in Business aims to provide training for students to gain the necessary skills for employment in customer service or office administration in a business environment. This level is for those with some previous skills in this area. This course is designed to provide skills in basic office procedures such as, keyboarding, word processing and other aspects of computers, customer relation skills, and communication techniques.
Length of study
The length of this course is 12 months full-time and 18 months part-time. (Approximately 10-20 hours should be given to complete each unit - depending on your subject knowledge and time spent on study sessions)
