Certificate IV Frontline Management

For employers, Frontline Management ensures you have managers at the workplace who embrace best practice and who are equipped with skills and strategies to manage people and processes effectively and efficiently. This qualification will provide learners in supervisory or junior management roles with the skills necessary to begin to learn new management techniques. At this level frontline managers provide leadership and guidance to others and take responsibility for the effective functioning and performance of the team and its work outcomes.

Length of study

The length of this course is 12 months full-time and 18 months part-time. (Approximately 10-20 hours should be given to complete each unit - depending on your subject knowledge and time spent on study sessions)

Enrolment

You can start your course at any time - there are no semester or course date to wait for. There are two options for enrolment: Firstly you can fill out the enrolment form and post or fax back to RMT or you can fill out the online enrolment form.
