DIPLOMA OF Management
The course focuses heavily on developing your organisational and teamwork skills, managing performance, professional development and environmental performance, preparing budgets, and providing leadership across the organisation. The Diploma of Management prepares candidates for the self-directed application of skills and knowledge based on the underpinning principles of business. The outcome will be a broad understanding of contemporary business practices, which can be applied to a variety of entry level positions in both the public and private sectors.
Length of study
The length of this course is 12 months full-time and 18 months part-time. (Approximately 10-20 hours should be given to complete each unit - depending on your subject knowledge and time spent on study sessions)

Enrolment
You can start your course at any time - there are no semester or course date to wait for. There are two options for enrolment: Firstly you can fill out the enrolment form and post or fax back to RMT or you can fill out the online enrolment form.
Recognition of Prior Learning
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is a process where a student may be granted credit or partial credit towards a qualification in recognition of skills and knowledge gained through work experience, life experience and/or formal training.
