A certificate in Food Processing will help you develop the skills you need to safely and competently run workplace processes, assist others in their work and/or supervise others. You will also learn how to monitor the food safety plan and the quality system in a workplace and to analyse and manage workplace information. This course is for people who work or want to work in the food processing or wine industries in grape growing, cellar operations, laboratory operations, bottling and packaging or cellar door sales.
