Short courses are available form our Management eLearning site. And you never study alone. A qualified facilitator will guide you in your skill development and if required, provide assessment and RPL services.

Supervisor training program
Five units form the basis of this supervisor program.
Supervisors are required to work closely with people to ensure operations are carried out efficiently, safely and effectively. In the first instance, supervisors need skills in OH&S and Risk Management. In addition, developing positive and supportive Workplace Relationships and building Team Effectiveness will also complement effective supervision. This on-line program will suit workers taking on supervisory responsibilities.
