Certificate IV in Training and assessment
There are many TAA40104 programs on the market, What differentiates our program is our flexible and personalised approach. We add value to your learning experience through our own extensive experience in vocational education and training . It means you come out with not just a qualification, but the confidence to work independently and effectively in a training and development role in your industry of choice.
Study mode
Facilitated individual learning using online communications, supported by elearning. (Enterprise bookings can be done as class groups if requested)
When
Commence any time, up to 12 months to complete; weekly online session (1 hour) at mutually convenient times.

Computer, and ADSL or broadband connection preferable, headset
Work context
TAA skills and knowledge are developed around context in which you intend to use the qualification. For example, if you want to do accredited training in your workplace, then we customise the program to support you as you do this. If you want to offer your services as a VET trainer to a TAFE or other RTO then we customise the program so as to prepare you for that environment.
Assessment
Evidence of your competence is gathered as you undertake training and assessment activities in your chosen work context. The RMT Facilitator also gathers evidence during discussions with you during online sessions. Training and assessment activities are selected to fit with your regular work activities if this is possible.
Resources
As part of your fee you receive a postpak of resources. Further resources can be accessed from the TAA e-Learning Center (www.r-m-t-online.com). RMT has developed its own resources to suit our facilitated approach, and based on our extensive experience in the VET system, and in working with industry, businesses and schools, on their training needs over the last 12 years.
RPL and BSZ40198 upgrades

FEES
Full cost of TAA qualification is $2,500; less with RPL 50% payable up front; 50% after half way through the program. (10% GST additional where business with ABN invoiced). Last payment is adjusted for RPL.
