Diploma of Training and assessment

There are many TAA50104 programs on the market. Most are generic and not specifically designed around individual participant needs. RMT Diploma TAA facilitators have first-hand and current experience in management and development of an RTO business, have worked across numerous Training Package scopes, regularly developed and reviewed Training Packages as consultancy projects, and been recognised as a leaders in elearning strategies and resource development, and industry partnerships

Study mode

Facilitated individual learning using online communications, supported by elearning.

When

Commence any time, up to 18 months to complete; regular online sessions at mutually convenient times.

Requirements

Computer, and ADSL or broadband connection preferable, headset

Work context

Advanced TAA skills and knowledge are developed around context in which you intend to use the qualification.  For example, if you are planning to open an RTO business, then we customise the program to support you as you do this. If you want to become a resource developer, then we customise the program with this in mind.

Assessment

Evidence of your competence is gathered as you undertake project-based activities in your chosen work context. The RMT Facilitator also gathers evidence during discussions with you during online sessions. Project and learning activities are selected to fit with your regular work opportunities and current VET policy nationally, and in your state.

Resources

Resources can be accessed from the TAA e-Learning Center (www.r-m-t-online.com). RMT has developed its own resources to suit our facilitated and work-based approach, and based on our extensive experience in the VET system, and in working with industry, businesses and RTO's, on their training needs over the last 12 years.

RPL and BSZ50198 upgrades

FEES

Full cost of TAA qualification is $3,500; Individual units $300). Payable in thirds, with first payment on commencement, others at 6 monthly (or 4 unit) intervals. (10% GST additional where business with ABN invoiced) Latter payments are adjusted for RPL where this is applicable. (RPL fee per unit is $125 +GST if applicable)
